Get Goal Pop reminder texts
Goal Pop is a goal-tracking app made by Goal Pop, where people set personal goals and log progress toward them. These text messages go only to Goal Pop’s own customers, about their own goals — they are never marketing for anyone else.
Goal Pop goal reminders sends short reminders about the goals you are tracking in Goal Pop — a daily check-in, a note from Coach Poppi, a streak nudge, and a weekly recap. You choose which ones you get and what time they arrive.
Sign up for texts
US & Canada mobile numbers. We text a one-time 6-digit code to confirm the number belongs to you.
Text reminders are completely optional.
You can create and use a Goal Pop account, subscribe, or enroll in a program without providing a phone number or agreeing to texts.
Two optional ways to opt in
SMS consent is never part of creating an account, accepting Goal Pop’s general terms, subscribing, or enrolling in a program. Reminder delivery requires a Goal Pop Pro plan, but purchasing Pro does not opt anyone into texts.
- Public web form: Enter a mobile number on this page, optionally select the separate unchecked SMS consent box, request a code, and enter the code to verify the number. Choose “No thanks” to continue to account creation without texts; no phone number, consent record, or messaging preference is saved.
- Inside the app: Sign in and open Settings → Notifications. Enter a mobile number, optionally select the same separate unchecked SMS consent box, request a code, and enter the code to verify the number. Choose “Not now” to return to the dashboard and keep using Goal Pop without texts.
