1. Program description

Goal Pop ("we", "us", "our") offers an optional SMS messaging program for Pro subscribers ("the Program"). The Program sends goal reminders, motivational nudges, and account notifications related to your Goal Pop experience. Message content depends on the notification types you select in your account settings.

2. Consent & opt-in

You consent only when you select the separate, optional SMS checkbox and then verify your mobile number with the one-time code we send you. Accepting Goal Pop’s general terms, creating an account, subscribing, purchasing, or enrolling in a program does not provide SMS consent. You may leave the SMS checkbox unchecked and continue using Goal Pop without text messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Goal Pop.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the notification types you enable, typically 0–4 messages per day plus one weekly recap. You control which message types you receive and when they are sent through your Goal Pop settings.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier for text messages sent to or from your device. Please contact your carrier with questions about your messaging plan.

5. How to opt out

You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by disabling text notifications in your Goal Pop settings. After opting out you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages unless you re-subscribe.

7. Supported carriers

The Program is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

Your mobile phone number and messaging preferences are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be the authorized user of the mobile number you provide to participate in the Program.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email, SMS, or via the app. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Affiliate Program terms

Anyone with a Goal Pop account may join the affiliate program and receive a personal referral link. By participating you agree to the following:

Commission is 30% of the amount a referred customer actually pays for Goal Pop Pro or the Six Weeks to Success Program, after any discount and before tax. Pro commissions continue for as long as the referral remains subscribed.
A visitor is attributed to the first affiliate link they use, for 30 days from that visit. Attribution becomes permanent when the referred person creates an account.
Commissions are held for 30 days before becoming payable. A refund or chargeback cancels the matching commission.
Payouts require a connected payout account. Unpaid balances remain payable until an account is connected.
You may not earn commission on your own purchases, bid on the Goal Pop brand name in paid search, use spam or misleading claims, or offer unauthorized discounts.
We may suspend or terminate an affiliate account and withhold commissions arising from a violation of these terms.

12. Refunds

Every Goal Pop purchase — the Six Weeks to Success Program and Goal Pop Pro payments — is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund from Settings within 14 days of the payment and we'll refund it in full to your original payment method. After 14 days, refunds are reviewed case by case.

The price shown is the total. No sales tax is added at checkout.
