1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Goal Pop ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Goal Pop. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Contact support for billing issues.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Attempt to breach security, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
Resell or commercially redistribute the Service without permission.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the goals and content you submit. You grant Goal Pop a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Goal Pop and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set out here.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goal Pop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if continued provision becomes commercially impractical.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Goal Pop is operated, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
